Challenge:
In the highly competitive health care industry there is a need to improve patient services and explore virtual care opportunities.

Objective:
To create multi-platform virtual care solution for patients to use from comfort of their homes.

Solution:
MinuteClinic Video Visit was created to provide low cost, high quality, medical care to millions of patients who otherwise would not be able to access such care. Now patients can access healthcare essentially anywhere there is a cellular signal or internet access.

BJ’s B2B Portal

Challenge:
Before the portal B2B members used fax and Excel documents in order to place orders. BJ’s realized pretty quickly how problematic this was and how it will negatively impact the growth of the program.

Objective:
To create B2B enterprise commerce solution for business owners to do business with BJ's.

Solution:
A scalable B2B commerce solution has been created by facilitating fast, simple digital interface to process bulk and repeat orders. The portal provides flexibility to support the quote to order life-cycle and workflow while delivering a superior customer experience. The portal that is being built will hold all important data & documents for easy access.

BJ’s B2C Enhancements

Challenge:
Enhance existing experience of shopping online by adding core capabilities to BJs.com.  New features include Digital coupons, promotions, updated search & filters as well as shopping lists.

Objective:
To create best possible solutions to fit existing structure while enhancing usability and experience.

Solution:
Completely redesigned the browsing experience from Homepage through checkout and added personalization throughout. Completely replacing onsite search engine with machine learning search engine (GroupBy). Introduced a chain wide Buy online, pick up in club (BOPIC) program and ability to clip and redeem coupons electronically via all devices.
